Nope.  
Pass 1: Page numbers are collected.
Pass 2: "correct" page numbers are inserted BUT, the table of contents 
        has also been inserted which makes them all wrong.
Pass 3: correct page numbers are inserted.

The next generation conversion will hopefully be able to generate decent 
postscript via groff so TeX won't be required.
