I have a rack of Prolient DL360 servers all of which are attached to KVM switch. I run two linux, one win2k and one freebsd. It is always the freebsd box which gives me problems when switching via the KVM. It's a 50-50 chance that my mouse will not work when switching to the freebsd box. I have not investigated it much as I just ssh into it anyway, but if I had to go single user mode someday....it doesn't fill me with much confidence. -Burhan Jonathan Arnold wrote: > Delivered-To: postmaster@swansea.cableinet.net > Delivered-To: freebsd-questions@freebsd.org > X-Mailer: Calypso Version 3.30.00.00 (4) > Date: Tue, 26 Mar 2002 15:08:26 -0500 > Reply-To: jdarnold@buddydog.org > From: "Jonathan Arnold" > To: freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG > Subject: KVM switch and PS/2 mouse > List-ID: > List-Archive: (Web Archive) > List-Help: (List Instructions) > List-Subscribe: > List-Unsubscribe: > X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG > Precedence: bulk > > For some reason, my PS/2 mouse is not detected when I go through > my Keyboard/Video/Mouse switcher (Belkin #F1D074).
