Your printcap entry specifies an remote machine (rm=) for
the printer.  If that remote machine *is* the printer, then
you need to turn off the option in the printer itself.  If
the printer has a menu system on it, you should be able to
find the option somewhere in those menus.

The option might be called 'banner page' or 'separator page'.
