shar file with the new port definitions

New port of 12 apache modules that are part of RedWax (https://redwax.eu) a=
nd
which allow a standard apache server to provide a range of cryptographic and
PKI related services. Such as signing documents, issuing certificates or
dealing with rollover and automatic issuing to routes/firewalls and iphones.
Either against files, LDAP or an HSM supported by OpenSSL.

Note that it (currently) cannot be build against stock binary packages; APR=
-1
requires LDAP support. A check is part of the mod_ca/Makefile.

The redwax port is a convenience wrapper.
