The "FBSD" prefix is important to quickly distinguish context from
thousands of other daily emails.. the closest that comes to my mind
right now is LLVM, LLDB, LVGL, LVDC, .. anything prefixed with
shortest possible FBSD quickly tells this is something FreeBSD related
:-)

I have no opinion on using "_" or "-" there are pros and cons for
each, for instance "-" is more readable but can be parsed by some
"smart" stuff as subtract operation ;-)

The name of the working group is less important because when you
already know then you already know :-)
