Well, i use this ppp.conf entry to enabl pppctrl:
set server /var/run/internet "" 0177

but this must be run from root or else it returns this error:
(I forget the exact wording)
Bind: server command permission denied
or something similar.  Obviously, i just need to allow the set server 
command to be run from a non-root account.  How may i do this?
Right now, my user account is a member of group wheel and network.
What else do i need to do?
