Updates port to 8.1.0 without u2f functionality

This patch is probably not finished but brings the port up to 8.1.0 without=
 the
u2f key functionality as I couldn't get the u2f functionality to compile.=20

Hopefully someone with more u2f experience can pitch in the last part. One =
can
just remove the files/patch-lib_auth_webauthncli_u2f.go patch and you will =
run
into the issue.

We are running this version on our freebsd nodes joining a teleport enterpr=
ise
cluster running on ubuntu so the ssh parts works as supposed to atleast, I'=
ve
not tested trying to run the webinterface on freebsd but as it compiles wit=
hout
issues i don't see why it shouldn't.

The patch passes portlint -AC and poudriere testport
