hmm... I tried to apply the patch but it failed, so I took a look at the
file in question, and it seems I hadn't updated the file after all ( my
local cvs repo must have not yet been synced when I cvs update'd). In
any case I'm compiling the original fix and will test it before I apply
the above patch. Sorry :-(
