Maybe you can try to collect output from "usbdump -i usbusX -f Y -s 65536 > log.txt" where X and Y are the numbers after ugenX.Y for the device in question. I'll give virtualbox from FreeBSD ports a spin and see if there is something obvious broken. --HPS
