When attempting to perform 'make certificate' in /usr/ports/www/apache13-ssl, the following error is generated:

cp: /usr/local/certs/cert.pem: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/www/apache13-ssl.
>How-To-Repeat:
Minor tweaking is required first, as there are a few other bugs needing to be addressed to get to this point. Please refer to internal identification `ports/36361' and `ports/36363'
