I'm on a cable connection, and the bandwidth is varying at different times of the day. Because of the dynamic speed of this connection, is specifying the bandwidth limits required when creating a dummynet pipe? For example... could I just create the pipe with "ipfw pipe 10 config queue 25k/s" ?
