 I don't think so. The ntfsresize program is GPLed and relies heavily
 on the Linux NTFS project code. I don't know enough about NTFS or=20
 VFS to be able to say that it wouldn't be portable, but I think that
 there'd definitely be a lot of work involved.
 
 Until then, I'm afraid there's not a better way. I'd do it, but it
 will probably take a while for me to learn it and I've got other
 priorities at the moment.
