There is a rendered version of ISBN at: http://people.freebsd.org/~dru/book.html I will try to remember to upload the latest version every day. Since more people are active now and some large patches have to wait a day or so for mentor review, I'm thinking it would be useful to put a scratch pad on the wiki or an openetherpad where authors could put a note when they begin to edit a chapter and remove that note when they are finished.
