When I look in ports/textproc, I see quite a few converters that
change formatted text =to= HTML.  I don't see many that change
=from= HTML.

That is, if I have the HTML source to a (mostly) text page, how do I
convert it to something more easy to manipulate.  Like, "html2troff"
would be good.

Do you have a favorite tool for such manipulations?
