Wait until the boot loader writes following message:

Hit Enter to boot immediately or any other key to break!

Ok, the message will only be similar to what I remember now :-)=09!

Hit any key to stop the boot sequence, and now at the

da0s1a>

(or simillar) prompt type `boot -s'.

That's new since 3.1-R.
