If its any help, I have Apache-1.2.1 compiled with SSLeay-0.8.1, using Ben Lauries patches. The patches are modified for Apache-1.2.1, but only slightly. Both SSLeay-0.8.1 and Apache+SSLeay can be compiled with or without RSAref. Both exist in a "ports" file structure, but I haven't had time to edit the PLIST file (perhaps there is a way to generate this automatically?). Also, while it all appears to work ok, it has barely been tested. If is any help, I'd be glad to tar the files up and send them to you.
