Vivek, Can you be a bit more specific? I don't find tlsmgr.8 in the postfix-2.2-20040616, postfix-2.1.3, or pfixtls-0.8.18-2.1.0-0.9.7d packages, and it's not clear to me from the Makefile where you get it.
