My take on this is that it's definitely a borderline case, but since
Jeremy doesn't do his classes that often, and since we don't have a
lot of other freebsd focused classes outside of the conferences, then
I think we should be happy to promote 1 or 2 a year.  If they were
more frequent than that then I think it would be an abuse.  If we
start getting lots of competing commercial classes then we might also
want to reconsider, but I don't see that right now.
