Well it depends - if, by linking Samba with CUPS, Samba's default for the print system is changed to CUPS, that would be confusing, because CUPS woul= dn't be installed fully. Ideally, Samba would always default to using stock BSD = lpr, and by tweaking smb.conf it could be made to use CUPS. However, this needs = to be tested. Unfortunately, I don't have time this weekend :( I'll try it out monday if you guys don't beat me to it. --Stijn --=20 What would this sentence be like if it weren't self-referential? --1y6imfT/xHuCvpN0 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8P07EY3r/tLQmfWcRAq5IAJ9DLO0yos37F/b/iSP3Rfw4Ekv9VgCglV2e QUrLTvi7PKz5jUw6j3VskUw= =01zM -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --1y6imfT/xHuCvpN0-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
