I installed the latest version of xmms including the recent diffs to fix the hanging problem on a 3.4-STABLE box. The music plays fine but it is completely unusable. It doesn't move or respond to mouse clicks for several seconds. This is on a 500MHz PIII w/ 128MB, so it isn't a matter of the box being slow. Has anyone else seen behavior like this?
