Ideally I would say dependencies should be treated as dependencies and be added
to the ports tree as individual ports, even if golang seems a bit hostile to
that.

For now maybe detecting "direct" as a special value for GO_GOPROXY and adding
git to FETCH_DEPENDS in that case is enought?
