	No, you misunderstand what FreeBSD is. FreeBSD is an entire
operating system in itself that is full featured, and more stable then
Windows 9x any day of the week. As such it can not be installed
"over" Windows other then to replace or co-exist in a Dual-boot sitution
with Windows. (In which case you'll still only be able to use one or the
other at any given time.) Go to www.frebsd.org for more information.
