Hello, I would like to use tkined, which is included in the scotty port. I've just run make ; make install in /usr/ports/net/scotty to have it running (on a ports tree cvsupped as of Oct 28 22:16 CET). After a reboot, to be sure all lib directories are correctly scanned, tkined won't run and complains : % tkined Error in startup script: couldn't load file "/usr/local/lib/tkined1.4.8.so": /usr/local/lib/tkined1.4.8.so: Undefined symbol "Tk_CanvasTagsParseProc" while executing "load /usr/local/lib/tkined1.4.8.so" ("package ifneeded" script) invoked from within "package require Tkined 1.4" (file "/usr/local/bin/tkined1.4.8" line 12) % % uname -a FreeBSD tfh.herbelot.nom 3.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE #2: Tue Oct 27 23:36:40 CET 1998 thierry.herbelot@tfh.herbelot.nom:/usr/src/sys/compile/TFH i386 % Is the port wrongly configured ? (it's not tagged as BROKEN, though ... ;-)) TIA TfH To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
