I am trying to use dd to create a file which is an image of a floppy. The response to the command: dd if=/dev/fd0 of=./image bs=18k' is: Jul 29 09:55:37 bsdserver /kernel: pid 3110 (dd), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped) Segmentation fault - core dumped Any ideas why that didn't work. BTW, I tried it as root. Thanks for any input. ... doug _____________________________________________________________________ Doug Jolley mailto://doug@footech.com http://www.footech.com Don't bogart that file, my friend.
