i am having serious problems with 2.1.5
and modems.  i can take my laptop, where
everything works fine, plug in an external
modem into com1 (changing cuaa1 to 0),
and nothing works.  i posted complete
details of everything in the news

but would appreciate any debug tips
on getting sio to work with various
modems (internal & external).
