lynx is a fast-moving target and they are notorious for changing the
tarfiles without changing the name.  The -current port has even moved
away into a different branch I believe.

You may want to try to grab the latest port from ports-current and see
if you have any luck.  (I'm assuming you are running 2.1R, but many
things work even if you aren't running FreeBSD-current.)
