And so failed building of GNOME. The building process stopped when the library v4l2_pwplugin.so had to be built. The same problem happened to at least two other users as the following thread shows, http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=12670 >How-To-Repeat: Launch the build process again with make >Fix: In my opinion this problem occurs because the definition of '__u32' does not appear in the file /usr/local/include/linux/videodev2.h anymore and vidinput_v4l2.cxx still needs it (in 2 occasions).
