You can either use ipfw/natd to do this, or if it's only one port that
you want to redirect, install ports/net/redir and run it only when you
want the redirection enabled.

Are you sure people in your school will happy to find you running ICQ
though?  Yes, port redirection is fun, but if breaking the rules puts
you in a funny/troublesome position, perhaps it's better to avoid it.
