You have a problem with the ServeRaid Driver. I'm not sure, which
ServeRaid Adapter is integtrated on the systemboard of the x226.

Have a look on the man page of the ips driver. Following ServeRaid
Adapter should work:

  =B7   IBM ServeRAID 3H
  =B7   ServeRAID 4L/4M/4H
  =B7   ServeRAID Series 5
  =B7   ServeRAID 6i/6M
