Hmm, my /drvc (msdosfs mount-point) has 777 perms and is owned by a
normal user and is writeble by everyone:
parish:/usr/music{64}% ls -ld /drvc

Maybe the group ownership, and those users needing to write to it must
be in the wheel group as well??
