Log:
  powerpc/ubldr: Teach powerpc's ubldr to boot 64-bit kernels
  
  This is just a copy of powerpc/ofw's ppc64_elf_freebsd.c modified to fit
  ubldr's boot format.
  
  MFC after:	1 week
