National Semiconductor has the DP83840 datasheet available on its web page, but I'm currently going through a lot of run-around to try to get the datasheet for the DP83800. Intel says they don't have an SIK for this board, and NS keeps telling me to get the datasheet for the DP83800 from their distributors, but the distributors I've talked to claim they don't have it.
