If they're not helping the=20 developers help them, then they're stuck in the mud without support. That'= s=20 their fault. Call them and complain. =20 BTW... I get the same thing because likewise, this vendor is just as=20 irresponsible. Oh well... I won't buy from them again because sometimes=20 stupid just can't be fixed.
