Read /usr/src/UPDATING, particularly the section that says "To update from 
3.x to 4.x stable". Do what it says, precisely. It kinda sucks, but that's 
how it goes. Or put your money down for a 4.3 disk :)

Biggest gotcha? 'wd' is now called 'ad'. You will obviously have to fix 
this here and there. Read UPDATING. Do what it says. Sorry, but that's how 
it is.
