	For some reason, ports using imake (through USE_IMAKE) end up with
	an often (always?) bogus run-time dependency on mkhtmlindex -- if
	the XFREE86_VERSION is set to 4.

	XFree86-4-Server is one such example -- while the mkhtmlindex (as
	well as the imake itself) is probably used at the build time, it
	is certainly NOT needed at run-time.

>How-To-Repeat:

	# cd /usr/ports/x11-servers/XFree86-4-Server
	# make XFREE86_VERSION=4 -V RUN_DEPENDS
	mkhtmlindex:/usr/ports/devel/imake-4

>Fix:

	A patch would be trivial, but more interesting is the reason for
	this entry in the bsd.port.mk in the first place...
