I am running FreeBSD 4.3 release. This machine is our mail server. The port compiles and installs perfectly, but it seems to loop and brings the system to a halt and uses about 2.63-5.00 on the system load. I read in earlier posts that I need the libc.so.3 library installed in /usr/lib. I tryed adding the compat2.1,2.2, 3,3x distributions to my installation to add this file, however the file is still not there. Has anyone had this problem before and if so can you point me in the right direction?
