Subject:   Help with cvsup SNAP_16_1_f and a local ctm based cvsup server

Greetings 

I have a cvsup repository which is updated via ctm.
I upgraded cvsup to 16_1_f and now I am unable to
cvsup to the server.

I have tried cvsup with various options.
(This is from the local server to the local server)

I have tried using its ip address as well as localhost.

below are the things I have tried.
the options below work well with 16_1_e but not 16_1_f

I have tried this with two different servers both produce the same thing.
(4.4-RELEASE-p2)

cvsup -L 2 -Z /var/cvsup/supfiles/src
Parsing supfile "/var/cvsup/supfiles/src"
Connecting to 192.168.1.1
Connected to 192.168.1.1
Premature EOF from server

cvsup -P - -L 2 -Z /var/cvsup/supfiles/src
