With Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 it is not possible to allow traffic from the
FreeBSD box
trough the proxy. You can install ISA server from Microsoft on Windows 2000.

If you want to install third party software on your proxy server 2.0 you may
look into surrogate
socket. http://www.edu-tec.com/surrogatesocket/ I don't know if it works
with this product
but you can try it ;)

Why are you using Proxy Server 2.0? It's the worst product Microsoft has
ever released.
