how do i keep my systems from querying the router when i just want to telnet
inside my private net?

if i telnet to another system on my net the router sends out a request
and the telnet session takes a long time.

setup is


                             192.168.0.1
                               router    192.168.0.3    192.168.0.4
 192.168.0.2 |------------------|--------------|-------------|
