Hi,
I followed the steps in the installation guide in accordance with
doing a minimal install using all of the files in the bin.* set. The
install runs just fine, it even finds my floppy drive. But when I go to
commit changes and it tells me to put the floppy into the drive, I do,
and hit enter then the install comes back with a message that it could
not extract the bin package.
I have the first disk ( after the boot that is) set up as follows:
bin.inf
bin.aa
bin.ab
bin.ac
bin.ad
bin.ae
bin.af
CHECKSUM.MD5
This is the disk that I insert when it is ready to begin extracting
files. It cannot seem to extract anything from this disk. I formatted
the disk and everything but still doesn't work. Now there is one thing
that might be a problem, I am using Windows NT 4.0 and formatting from
the cmd shell. Is that a potential problem? If not why doesnt it work?
