 If I've done it on 3 boxes, yes. But I dont think so.
 
 I use the following to do my kernels:
 
 cd /usr/src/sys/i386/conf
 config <kernelconfig>
 cd <kerntempdir>
 make depend
 make
 make install
 reboot -q
 mergemaster
 
 Could be though.
