The pccard code kinda sorta works on some systems, but not on others.
The support for sio and fdc no longer works on any system.  I'm
working on a rewrite in the new bus framework.  I have pcic
interrupting now, and hope to have I/O and memory mapping working
again to allow pccards to work again shortly.
