* Does this one build the tcl interface to postgres (pgtclsh, etc.) or is

* directories and type make? It's damn bad the ports can't have conditional 
* dependencies - if tk is install build pgwish, if not don't (and yes, 
* there is no reason to make the port depend on tcl/tk).

It requires tcl/tk and builds the tcl/tk interface.  

I just made a slight adjustment to the port.  A new one is at:
