BTW, Someone[tm] should make a run through the SGML docs and convert single and double quotes to the appropriate SGML entities (' and " respectively, IIRC), as unbalanced quotes (there's at least one instance in the FAQ) confuse "smart" editors like Emacs and vim to the point of negating the benefits of using them to edit the docs.
