Also, before you burn the new 5.4-RELEASE disc1 and disc2 iso images to CDs check the md5 checksum to make sure the iso images are not corrupted. If they not corrupted then burn them to CDs but do so at a slow burn rate such as 8x. On a *nix machine go to the place you saved the iso images to and type in "md5 5.4*iso" and hit enter.
