However, I agree, ports should be limitted to WRKDIR. I don't really think that this makes a difference for many users, because most of them won't change the default WRKSRC=3D ${WRKDIR}/${DISTNAME} variable. I do feel comfortable using ${WRKSRC} actually, but if there is a real advantage of using ${WRKDIR} instead, I can live with this soultion, too :-) (btw, if one *really* wants it, it won't be a problem to set the dir variables and mount options in an odd way to prevent ports from building cleanly :-) ) Riggs --=20 - Die Welt schl=E4ft tief schon lange Zeit | Sent with RiggiSmooth [tm] - -- Mich nur flieht die Dunkelheit | ------------------------- -- --- Denn per Infrarot seh ich | just to fit your --- ---- Die Nacht ist wirklich widerlich. | primitive screen. ---- --TB36FDmn/VVEgNH/ Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQE98VRtjdSJKchZls0RAmllAJ9Pw2HwoLEV611oBZHJQWT8tC607gCfTndK 7HWo8bq7whcBq2XNE6n2Whw= =B+c2 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --TB36FDmn/VVEgNH/-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
