It reminds me of when i ran a ski shop for my family. Occaisionally a customer would say "Gee, i really wanted to buy these skis from you, but you see, i was in colorado and saw them there, and i decided i just had to have them now. Sorry." Well, i appreciate that they *wanted* to support my business, but that doesn't exactly pay the rent, does it?
