Available as /pub/FreeBSD/releases/{alpha|i386}/ISO-IMAGES/4.1-install.iso on your favourite mirror site. ftp.FreeBSD.org always carries these, whereas mirrors often refuse to, due to the high traffic imposed by offering the files.
