When I mount a CD-ROM, and a program which was accessing the drive i.e. a filebrowser etc. crashes (segmentation fault for example) I can't unmount the filesystem afterwards and get the message that the mountpoint is busy, although none of the processes uses it any longer. An attempt to forcibly unmount the drive leads into a hanging umount and an obviously destructed mount-table with lots of weird characters in it which get displayed when typing "mount". Any advice?
