> execve failed for/usr/x11r6/bin/x (errno 2) Normally /usr/X11R6/bin/X is symlinked to XF86_something, where XF86_something is the specific XFree86 X server that matches your video card (for most modern cards, it's XF86_SVGA, but not always). Try configuring XFree86 using XF86Setup or xf86config, and it will should set up that symlink for you.
